 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My doctor called and spoke with a pharmacist and they told her to send my prescriptions over so she did. I called back today to check the status and they are saying they aren’t accepting new patients and the manager or anyone in charge won’t be back until July. That is bad business to speak with a dr and tell them send it then tell the patient we aren’t accepting any patients. Now I have to try and get my dr to send it to a new pharmacy. Ridiculous and the Asian woman who answered the phone was rude as heck and hung up when I asked for a manager.

After speaking with about 7-10 different pharmacies today, I just wanted to take the time to leave a review for the pharmacy tech I spoke with today at Medplus. She's amazing! While your pharmacy cannot fill my prescription for insurance reasons, the pharmacy tech I spoke with went out of her way to give me all other available options, even though they would be at another pharmacy. Her customer service skills are outstanding, and I genuinely hope you accept my insurance soon because I would love to transfer any prescriptions I have to MedPlus. Thank you!
